Offer of Scholarships under AYUSH Scholarship Scheme
(Non-BIMSTEC) for the 2016-17 Academic Session

The Indian authorities have invited applications from foreign nationals for pursuing under-graduate/post graduate/Ph.D courses in Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha & Homeopathy at premier institutions in India. Since only 20 seats are on offer, the applications will be processed on ‘first come first serve basis. The details are available on the website http://eoibelgrade.gov.in/pages.php?id=186 

The prospective applicants may be advised to undertake due diligence and research on the specific admission criteria laid down by various Universities for each subject to ensure that all requisite documents are submitted as required by the respective Universities. The applicants are required to have sufficient proficiency in English to undertake the courses. The last date for receipt of the applications in India is 15th June 2016. The duly filled in applications, along with all relevant documentation, may be forwarded to the Embassy latest by 5th June 2016 for onward transmission to Indian authorities.
